Use the Password Change page to change the password that you use to log in to Ceridian Time Professional.
If your company uses single sign-on, whereby you change your password in one system and it automatically changes in several systems, you may not have access to change your password in Time Professional. If you're unsure of your company's password maintenance policies and procedures, ask your supervisor, your human resources/payroll contact, or your company's help desk.
This identifies you to the system and authorizes you to change the password. All characters that you type in these fields appear as asterisks (*) for security purposes.
Any restrictions on this new password will be validated during Step 4.
This confirms that you did not mistype your new password in Step 2, thereby preventing you from inadvertently locking yourself out of Time Professional.
Note: Time Professional does not allow you to copy your new password and paste it in this field. You must retype it exactly as you did in Step 3.
This sends your new password to Time Professional. Your new password is validated for any length, structure and uniqueness restrictions at this point. If your new password does not pass validation, an error message appears that describes the problem with the password. If the password does pass validation, the message "Password successfully changed" appears.
Note: Even if your password has been successfully changed, Time Professional remains on the Password Change page. It is recommended that you log out and log back in.
